Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team of professional chauffeurs.
Standard Reservations
- 24+ hours:Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- 4–24 hours:50% cancellation fee applied.
- Under 4 hours:Full fare charged. No refund.
- No-show:Full fare charged.
Airport Transfers
Airport transfer cancellation follows the same policy as standard reservations. Rescheduling is free when done more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Event & Roadshow Bookings
Multi-vehicle and event bookings may have custom cancellation terms agreed upon during booking. Please consult your account manager for details.
How to Cancel
Cancel by calling (212) 555-0199 or emailing info@nycblackcarlux.com with your booking reference. The cancellation is effective when acknowledged by our team.
