1. Service Agreement
By booking a ride with NYC Black Car Lux, you agree to these terms. Our services include luxury ground transportation within the New York metropolitan area, including airport transfers, corporate travel, and event transportation.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Immediate bookings are accommodated based on fleet availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and include the base fare for the selected route and vehicle. Tolls and airport fees are included for airport transfers. Gratuity is at the passenger's discretion. Payment is due at the time of service unless a corporate account with billing terms has been established.
4. Wait Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual flight landing time. All other pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full fare amount.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking, illegal activities, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited. NYC Black Car Lux reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride for safety concerns.
7. Liability
All vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance. NYC Black Car Lux's liability is limited to the fare paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
